- • Good quality vanilla ice cream
- • Sweetened coconut (toasted to golden brown, be sure to let cool completely
- • Optional: chocolate or caramel sauce or both!
- • Optional: toasted slivered almonds
Let your ice cream soften slightly on the counter. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop and round snowball sized balls and roll in the coconut coating generously. Wrap the ice cream ball in plastic wrap and place quickly into the freezer. Repeat until you have your desired number of ice cream balls prepared.
Allow 1-2 hours to firm up in the freezer and when it's time to serve, pop onto a plate and drizzle with desired sauce and toppings.
